Eradicate Depression , Bad Moods, with SIMPLE TECHNIQUE

All of us have had bad times; If you're "down", "sullen", "depressed".... and would like to NOT be those.......then, do this.


ZAP IT!


Yes, ZAP IT,, ZAP every negative thought that enters your conscious mind.

Like a bug zapper.ZAP!




Replace with positive thought.


You CAN do it.

It is SIMPLE. However, it is not easy~
Why?
Because we are in the habit of letting our thoughts rule US.
Big Mistake!

We have to have our antennae up and be ready to..... ZAPP!!

We must realize habits are TOUGH to break.

It will take FOCUS. Effort.
Put a post it note on your bathroom mirror. Write it on a index card and carry in your pocket and read it 10 times a day.

Be aware.
ZAP IT.


We control our MINDS... we control what we think about.


It is what makes us different from the animals.
Enjoy the moments,,,, cuz you don't know where the next tornado or plane crash is going to land. Ain't no guarantees.
Just NOW.

ibsm ~ One Possible Daily plan you can use,, or TWEEK and USE

5am - 7 am What good shall I do this day?

8am - 12 noon Work

12 noon - 2 pm Read or overlook my (your) accounts, and dine.

2 pm - 6 pm Work
6 pm - 10 pm Put things in their places; supper; music or diversion; or conversation. Examination of the Day.

10 pm- 5 am Sleep

You've probably heard that you if you "PLAN your Work; and then WORK your PLAN, you will achieve what you Target. And that is just another way of saying that the way to ACHIEVE a GOAL, is to think about what you want to accomplish, make sure that it will help you toward achieving your LIFE's PURPOSE,, and then set it as a TARGET/GOAL.
The above is very simply STEP ONE in the IBSM simple concept of worthwhile GOAL's and HOW TO ACHIEVE them.

The second step is also a very easy and simple ACTION.
Let me try to be succinct and direct.
Here we go: After you have spent the effort to determine what is your NEXT TARGET, step two is: Focus. That's it.

Focus on your target; DO NOT DEVIATE. Do NOT lose focus and become distracted on taking ANY ACTION that does not lead to HITTING YOUR TARGET as SOON AS POSSIBLE.

To rephrase:
1 See the TARGET
2 HIT the TARGET
NOTE: If you don't HIT the target on your first attempt; do something different and go for it again. Miss again? WHy? What is stopping you? Maybe you will need to set an intermediate goal; that is fine,, as long as you determine that it is moving you TOWARD your original TARGET...in a direct line.

For example, if your GOAL/TARGET is to run a 26 mile marathon. And you fail the first time because your body wasn't ready. Then do a HALF MARATHON as a shorter term target, as it is in a direct line moving you closer toward your MAIN TARGET.

Enjoy the moments, and remember to spend time thinking about your day, and your week.

Goal Setting doesn't work for you?

OK.
You sat down and wrote down a goal or list of them only to find out a year or two later that you didn't achieve any of them.

First, it is important that you have the basic elements or formula for setting a goal.

1. Decide what you want.
2. Write it down, and be specific.
3. Read the list often, imagining as you read that you have already achieved each goal.
There are literally thousands of reasons for NOT achieving these goals; I'm not going to elaborate on those now.... feel free to contact me if you'd like to discuss your process, roadblocks, etc...

For now, let me give you a NEW way of Goal Achievement.
Sit down and write yourself a letter dated one year from today.  In this letter, write out your achievements you have acquired during the last 365 days.  Be bold. Be outrageous. Go for it.
Trips to Maui, the summer olympics, climbing Mount Rushmore,,, whatever things you want to DO, SEE or become.....Make them sincere GOALS that you truly wish to achieve.

If you're earning $43,000 per year, and over the next year your goal is to earn $ 93,000 per year, then in your letter lay out how much you earned, how ??(your best guess!).

The letter should be read at least weekly, but the more you read it, the better chance of achieving the contents.

Don't beat yourself up if you don't make it to Hawaii, or only end up earning $ 71,422 during the year.  That is OK!!!
